I went from being a music school teacher making $18/hr to becoming a c-suite executive managing large teams in less than five years. This was all because of my never-ending urge to improve every day. In 2024 I was then nominated as a CMO To Watch by the CMO Alliance. This recognition changed my life. It allowed me to meet amazing people, become a speaker at live events, and share my 16+ years of knowledgeĀ in marketing and business with the world.
I was stressed out mentally, emotionally, and physically, and this began to harm my personal and professional life. I then decided to go off on my own and help the community. Now, I work closely with brands, helping them overcome their growth challenges, as well as guide other marketers to advance in their careers and become better marketers.
Throughout the last 16 years, I've had the chance to work with big-name companies that everyone knows, to small startups that are building their first product. Even though they're all different in size and what they do, they all share one thing in common -

Scaled brands from $1.5 million to $6 million, $16 million to $31 million, $64 million to $200 million, and $750 million to $1.2 billion in revenue. 1X exit in luxury fashion.
Have managed marketing budgets of $75 million.
